WITHOUT AGREEMENT WITH MINORITY PD , BUT RENZI GOES ON AND SENATE'S REFORM WILL PASS

     It has been easy to foresee one thing: the Prime Minister Matteo Renzi could never has accepted the request of the minority PD to change the constitutional law on the Senate's reform. The opponent to the reform wasn't interested to improve it, to the contrary they were interested only to put the government in serious difficulties.

     The leadership PD is going to occur tomorrow in the afternoon. It's foresee that Renzi will say one simple thing: put up or shut up. Premier is willing to accept minimum change to the 5 clause of article 2. Renzi can't change his view on the two basic point: the indirect Senate's election; confirming untouchable article 2 of the law to avoid a new approval of him of the Chamber of Deputies. 

      Renzi is certain will find the indispensable votes to approve the reform. He takes into account many desertion from the opposition, above all on the Forza Italia. Some senator could give up at the right time allowing to the government to lock down her.

     But the Prime minister like gambling. He knows the power's temptation of his enemies and he trust on the defection of the same Forza Italia senator. Every parliamentarian prefer go on the legislature to the purpose to have a pension after two years half. They are the human weakness but are they that can decide whether majority will able to survive or not.
